Tom's Health Quest: Home at Last

Today at about 2:30 Tom finally got discharged. He is tired but hanging in there.

Joanne said...: Yeah Tom! When I saw cars in front of your house today I was hoping it was because you were home. We are happy that you are home for Thanksgiving! I know that all of you are extremely thankful this year!!!
